We love it so far, the only thing that didn't work out was that the selves were too tight so it doesn't help with the startle reflex ( maybe my baby has a little bit longer arms than average 3 mo old ) so we just use it with the sleeves off and it's really nice otherwise.

We love this swaddle. Our son was using the velcro swaddles with his arms over his chest because he did not like his arms down. Eventually the velcro got weaker and he would break out of the swaddle multiple times during naps and at night. We no longer have this problem, I wish I would have gotten this swaddle sooner and the newborn size as well! He sleeps so much better!

I like the swaddle! My only issues with it. Is my babies arms seemed very squished in the arm things, so I ended up just taking them off and let his arms out. He seems to like it better that way. One other issue I have is the zipper goes up to high around face and neck, I have to tuck it in to get it out of the way. Other than those two things. It seems to be helping him sleep better for the most part!

Absolutely LOVE!!! Started using this on my daughter when she was about 3 weeks old. She didn’t love being completely swaddled, but also startled herself too often with her arms completely unwrapped. We love it!! Our baby didn’t really like his arms swaddles but loves the snug feeling. The first night I decided to try arms out and he had the best night of sleep of his little life!! He went 4 hours, 3 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour , which was a big difference from the every 30 min to an hour I was used to him waking. Half the night I was just awake waiting for him to wake up haha.

We’ve used nested bean sleep sacks since 2020 when my son was born. He loved it up until we couldn’t buy bigger sizes. My daughter, who is currently in the zen one sleep sack loves it and I like that there was an option to zip on or off the arms. She hated being swaddled and this was perfect!
Also, great customer service! One of the sleep sacks I ordered had a manufacturers defect and I was able to get a replacement within a week :)

We got the 0-3m Zen One Classic for our little velcro baby. It worked great to keep her snug and warm during the winter months. The zipper to change her diaper without unswaddling is such a great feature. Loved this so much we got her the 3-6m size and she sleeps an average 8-10hours a night. I am very happy with these purchases and am looking into investing in a weighted blanket from Nested Bean!

Wasn't super impressed with the swaddle. It was really difficulty to "squeeze" her arms into and it mostly just upset her. It also is quite small for a 0-3 size. Our daughter is 6 weeks old and is already almost too big for the swaddle. It does not accommodate length well, as she is 23 inches long.

Did not make any positive difference for my baby’s sleep. I ended up going back to a regular swaddle with a blanket. Baby gets too hot even wearing only this and the neck is too high. Basically this made me lose more sleep because baby was so uncomfortable that she slept less. Wish I hadn’t bought two. Baby is now sleeping more just with a regular blanket swaddle. Waste of money and sleep time because it threw off her sleep for the 3 nights.

When I first ordered the sleep sack I was so excited for more sleep, however it didn’t offer better sleep within the first few nights. It took more like a few weeks. Now that the sleep sack is part of the little man’s night time routine he knows it’s time to sleep when he’s put in it & he loves this sleeper. I’m disappointed that the item didn’t work better for my infant. It was too snug for my liking and she’s a really small baby. She broke out of the arm Velcro portion and woke up a few times. Overall, we didn’t see improvement in her sleep within the first week so we went back to our old swaddle method and she slept well.

This swaddle has been great for my 11 week old baby! She never wanted to sleep anywhere without being held until we got the Zen One. This is her zonked after only half of her feeding at night time.. she can’t hang! She’s out like a light and will be for at least 5-6 hours before waking. I bought and tried so many swaddles before, and none of the swaddles worked for our son. He startles in his sleep and is the king of escaping.

It took some trial and error to figure out which she preferred, arms in, out, wings on or off, but we're figured out it. It also took longer than 3 nights, contrary to what the box says, before there was a change in her sleep. Would recommend starting baby off with this swaddle right out of the gate to get them accustomed to it.

I originally bought the Zen One Classic from Target. After using it a couple times the seam below the zipper split. I was unsuccessful with Targets exchange experience so I reached out to Nested Bean about my problems I was having. Nested Bean went out of their way to send me a new Zen One Classic free of charge. This swaddle has worked wonders. I purchased it when we were going through the infamous 4 month sleep regression. The weighted beads on the chest and the wrap around the chest/belly are soothing to our baby. She has slept through the night with occasional wakings to eat. I am so happy I found this product and their customer service is exceptional.

My baby hated to be swaddled since he came home, the first few nights were very hard. He especially hated that he couldn’t move his arms. When I found this swaddle I liked how the arms could bend up but he would still be wrapped so I decided to give it a try. He’s been using it for about a week and as soon as he is swaddled up he’s knocked out, and best of all, he stays asleep for 4+ hours throughout the night. Even though a bit pricey I will be purchasing another one. Please excuse the white spots, that is cornstarch we have been using for his neck and underarms.

I’m sure it’s a great sleep sac. It just didn’t work for us. The arm holes with the zipped on netting were just too small and tight for my son. It left little makes on his hands because they were pressed against it. When it was zipped up it also was very close to my son’s mouth and covered his mouth up. So all around I just think it wasn’t the right fit for us. I like the weights and I think that does help babies fall asleep faster. There just wasn’t enough stretch and room for my son in it.

My baby girl sleeps so much better in her zen swaddle. Being breastfed she was used to being held constantly and contact napping. Night time she woke up frequently because she wasn’t being held. I was given a nested bean swaddle that worked for naps but she didn’t like her arms being wrapped up. The zen one is perfect because the sides unzip so I can keep her arms out if needed.

He did great the first night but nap times wasn’t going well. I tried it for a few weeks and there wasn’t much change. He moves a lot and he actually almost got his hand through the neck opening. YIKES! Having his hands out isn’t a thing either. He moves a lot like I said and his arms jerk and he tends to wake himself up. He can hit himself sometimes in the face with his hand. As much as I wish this worked, it did not. But I’m glad it has helped others!

The Velcro strap inside is great. Even if my baby breaks an arm out of there the arm is still contained enough that if they fall back to sleep it won’t wake them if they startle. My baby also likes to suck on their hand so the ability to leave an arm out so they can do that is great. I love that it’s ready to transition to arms fully out for when they roll. It’s so multi-purpose but effective at the different options which isn’t generally the case. Great design.

I got this for transition purposes and it did not help our little boy with his reflex, in fact he was pushing his arms so much with the mesh he looked like stretch armstrong. The weighted chest I've always been skeptical about, but tried it anyways, and it did nothing to settle him if he startled awake. He fussed and cried in this so much. I wanted to give this review if others are struggling and only seeing the 5 star reviews, making it seem like this should work for every baby. My sister in law uses it for her baby just fine, but it didn't work for us. It is nice and soft, I'll give it that!

Waste of money! I got this for my newborn who loves being in the arms and has a hard time being put down for naps. She’s 3 weeks old, 8.4 pounds, 21” long, and this was too short for her. I don’t recommend this to anyone’s whose baby is longer than 19”. With that being said, we tried it out anyways and it didn’t improve her sleep at all.

I didn't want to give a one star because we truly didn't get to actually use it. The sizing is way off. My son is six weeks at eleven pounds and it was way too small. I would go a size up. We didn't want to because we were worried about the weight, but it wasn't nearly as heavy as the Dreamland brand. We needed something due to his arms needing to be up and hoped this was the answer. We can give a better review if getting the proper sizing.

My 4 week old hated being swaddled and would break out of them all the time. His startle reflex kept waking him up every few minutes throughout the night. Having the little mesh arm area is perfect so his arms can’t be contained but he still has some mobility. The first time he slept for 6 hours straight! Afterwards the times vary on his sleep length and patterns.

This transition swaddle was a life saver when my son got hospitalized the last two times. We’ve used nested bean sleep sacks since 2020 when my son was born. He loved it up until we couldn’t buy bigger sizes. My daughter, who is currently in the zen one sleep sack loves it and I like that there was an option to zip on or off the arms. She hated being swaddled and this was perfect!

Wasn't super impressed with the swaddle. It was really difficulty to "squeeze" her arms into and it mostly just upset her. It also is quite small for a 0-3 size. Our daughter is 6 weeks old and is already almost too big for the swaddle. It does not accommodate length well, as she is 23 inches long.

I’m disappointed that the item didn’t work better for my infant. It was too snug for my liking and she’s a really small baby. She broke out of the arm Velcro portion and woke up a few times. It also took longer than 3 nights, contrary to what the box says, before there was a change in her sleep. I originally bought the Zen One Classic from Target. After using it a couple times the seam below the zipper split. I was unsuccessful with Targets exchange experience so I reached out to Nested Bean about my problems I was having. Nested Bean went out of their way to send me a new Zen One Classic free of charge. This swaddle has worked wonders. I purchased it when we were going through the infamous 4 month sleep regression. My baby hated to be swaddled since he came home, the first few nights were very hard. He especially hated that he couldn’t move his arms. When I found this swaddle I liked how the arms could bend up but he would still be wrapped so I decided to give it a try. He’s been using it for about a week and as soon as he is swaddled up he’s knocked out, and best of all, he stays asleep for 4+ hours throughout the night. I’m sure it’s a great sleep sac. It just didn’t work for us. The arm holes with the zipped on netting were just too small and tight for my son. It left little makes on his hands because they were pressed against it. When it was zipped up it also was very close to my son’s mouth and covered his mouth up. So all around I just think it wasn’t the right fit for us. I like the weights and I think that does help babies fall asleep faster. There just wasn’t enough stretch and room for my son in it.

He did great the first night but nap times wasn’t going well. I tried it for a few weeks and there wasn’t much change. He moves a lot and he actually almost got his hand through the neck opening. YIKES! Having his hands out isn’t a thing either. He moves a lot like I said and his arms jerk and he tends to wake himself up. He can hit himself sometimes in the face with his hand. As much as I wish this worked, it did not. But I’m glad it has helped others!

The Velcro strap inside is great. Even if my baby breaks an arm out of there the arm is still contained enough that if they fall back to sleep it won’t wake them if they startle. My baby also likes to suck on their hand so the ability to leave an arm out so they can do that is great. I love that it’s ready to transition to arms fully out for when they roll. It’s so multi-purpose but effective at the different options which isn’t generally the case. Great design.

I got this for transition purposes and it did not help our little boy with his reflex, in fact he was pushing his arms so much with the mesh he looked like stretch armstrong. The weighted chest I've always been skeptical about, but tried it anyways, and it did nothing to settle him if he startled awake. He fussed and cried in this so much. I wanted to give this review if others are struggling and only seeing the 5 star reviews, making it seem like this should work for every baby. My sister in law uses it for her baby just fine, but it didn't work for us. It is nice and soft, I'll give it that!

I didn't want to give a one star because we truly didn't get to actually use it. The sizing is way off. My son is six weeks at eleven pounds and it was way too small. I would go a size up. We didn't want to because we were worried about the weight, but it wasn't nearly as heavy as the Dreamland brand. We needed something due to his arms needing to be up and hoped this was the answer. We can give a better review if getting the proper sizing.
